FUNDRAISERS Our
first fundraiser will be at Callahan's Restaurant in Mira Mesa.
It will be held on Monday, May 19th from 5:00 PM to close. You
MUST bring a flyer for a portion of your bill to go to Taylor's
fund. It is what the restaurant uses to track the totals. You can click HERE to
download the flyer and can reprint or copy it as necessary for
friends and family members, or anyone you can get to join us.
The flyer has all of the information you need including time,
address, phone number, etc. It
should be a fun evening. Taylor will be there from 6:00 for as
long as she lasts, so please stop by and say hi and help support
her fund. We are looking forward to meeting our new friends and
seeing all of our supporters there! And
watch for Taylor on Fox 6 San Diego Living's morning show airing
on Thursday, May 15th at 9:00 AM on channel 6. She and her mom
will be interviewed as well as Vickie, the organizer of the
above fundraiser. Students from Scripps Dance Center, where
Taylor attended dance until she became too ill, will perform to
promote both the fundraiser on May 19th, and the Summer Dance
show coming up in July that will also be a fundraiser for
Taylor (organized by Kelley Grant, the studio's owner). Taylor
and Debbie will discuss the importance of managing your own
health during a time of crisis and tips how to ensure that your
treatment is as effective and safe as possible. We hope you'll
tune it to support them all! Looking
forward, our next fundraiser will be held at Applebee's. They
will be doing a pancake breakfast fundraiser at three locations
on June 21, 2008. You can purchase tickets
below and they will be mailed to your Paypal address. Tickets are just $10 apiece and are redeemable for a
pancake breakfast at your chosen location. $6 of the $10 will be
donated to Taylor's Trust Fund. There is a limit of
200 tickets per location. Tickets can also be
purchased by check or money order made out to the Taylor Hay
Trust Fund and sent to P.O. Box 2324, Ramona, CA 92065 or
from several members in RPS Bldg. 65 of Hewlett Packard
Rancho Bernardo.

And for you
runners/walkers out there, Suki Hoffman, one of the students at
Scripps Dance Centre, has chosen to make a Taylor fundraiser as
her senior project! She will be organizing a run/walk at Miramar
Lake on August 9, 2008. There will be much more to come on this
incredible celebration of life, but we wanted to make the entry
form available as soon as we had it so that those of you who are
interested can begin planning for the event. It will be a short
run/walk so it will be suitable for all levels of fitness.
